Junior ADU Punch List Project

Quick video going through this junior ADU punchlist for my next remodeling project in Point Loma.

My next project is in Point Loma neighborhood. This video I run through the current task list. Main driver is potential moisture getting into the corner of the unit. Nothing active but looks like general moisture collection on the outside of a very old building. I’ll be taking the siding off to waterproof and reside. This in addition to a few other moisture addressing items. Should be a good one! I’ll try to keep better posted on this one.
