Coronado Kitchen

The San Diego - Coronado Bridge in 1968.

Next project coming up is a kitchen remodel on the island of Coronado. I get to geek out a bit about the Coronado Bridge. Always been a fan of bridges. I read The Great Bridge by David McCullough years back. It details the Brooklyn Bridge life and is quite an amazing book. If you’re into that. I’ve always hat a fascination with the people that design, engineer and build them. Onto the kitchen! Full gut remodel and have a great designer onboard with this one. Keeping the same footprint. Relocating some of the essentials and adding where we can as far as storage and function. We’ve gutted it so far and now moving the “guts” around. Not quite as complex as a bridge but still really enjoy it…and loving the bridge commute!
